This workshop focuses primarily on the science of sound, the concept of story telling through music whilst creating a cohesive narrative.

The sessions will feature:

1. A lesson on drawing up a sonic character sketch based on each attendee’s personality.
2. Information on how to construct ambience and set the mood of a DJ set.
3. How to organize and file music for creation into set format.
4. Useful information on the best programs to use and which equipment is most suitable for serious learners.
5. Some of the workshop will get in to the technical aspect of the craft of Dj’ing, The process of selection, cueing, mixing styles to match location settings etc.
